Nathan and Dan helped us out at the drop of a hat as we were passing through the area. They are knowledgeable, friendly and down to earth in the sort of way where you're instantly confident you're in good hands. Nathan walked us through everything he was doing and let me watch and learn. He was so thorough and I really appreciated being talked through everything so I knew exactly what was going on and even got to learn more about my rig. They clearly really care about their customers-- Nathan took our information so he can send us some more information on what might be up with our system, and we're planning to stop back through just to get more work done. I have a Fifth wheel with it's fair share of issues one of which was a severe issue with my electrical and was extremely grateful for allegiant rv! They went out and were able to look at my fifth wheel same day and got repairs scheduled within about a week. I really appreciated that they didn't blow my problem out of proportion but simply got to work on fixing it. Their prices seemed fair and they tried to save you money where they could. I've had nothing but a great experience with them and will continue to use them!

We are traveling through the area had some issues with our RV . Without hesitation they got us in extremely quickly, knowledgeable, helpful and followed up with us. Reasonable priced and would highly recommend them to anyone that has a Rv or trailer. It's hard to find all these qualities these guys possess when having work done on your rig. Don't hesitate call them if you need work done on your Rv or trailer!

My husband and I were traveling in Washington with our pre-owned motorhome. We discovered we had a water leak, the bed above our heads was falling on the driver's side(which could be potentially very dangerous )an d our awning would not work properly. We called the RV park which was our destination and they recommended Allegiant RV and Trailer.
I spoke with Nathan and he listened to all the issues we were having. This was on a Saturday afternoon. He and Dan came out Tuesday morning and looked everything over. When they left, they had identified what needed to be ordered and what could be fixed by labor.
They came back on Saturday and finished up the repairs. (Labor Day weekend).
They are two of the finest young men we have met. They are honest, hardworking, and soooooo knowledgeable.
W e would recommend them to everyone who wants a job done quickly and right.

We accidentally ran into the guys at the West Richland Dump Site. They volunteered to help us with the dump but would not take any pay. Since then, we have had them do some minor repair. They came and picked up the trailer from the storage site and returned it. We will soon have them winterize it. They are so positive and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them.
